Nicht weit von der französischen Grenze und einem Nato Flugplatz entfernt findet sich dieses hübsche kleine Schloss welches zeitweilig als Restaurant für den wohlhabenderen Teil der Bevölkerung diente.
Am Ende aber rentierte sich das Geschäft nicht mehr und auch eine Umwandlung des Châteaus in eine Wellness Oase schlug fehl.
Seit vielen Jahren steht es nun schon leer und hat sich zu einem Lieblingsort für Fotografen aller Art entwickelt.
Uns hat dieser Lost Place sehr gut gefallen!
Auf der großen Eingangstreppe sitzen wir noch eine Weile in der Sonne und trinken ein gutes belgisches Bier!

Not far from the French border and a NATO airfield is this pretty little château, which for a time served as a restaurant for the wealthier part of the population.
In the end, however, the business was no longer profitable and a conversion of the château into a wellness oasis also failed.
It has now been empty for many years and has become a favourite location for photographers of all kinds.
We really liked this lost place!
We sit in the sun for a while on the grand entrance steps and drink a good Belgian beer!
