In der Umgebung dieser Fabrik ist die Herstellung von Ziegeln bereits seit dem 13. Jh. verankert. Die hier fotografierte Ziegelei wurde 1875 von Johannes Pastor gegründet und 1946 and die Firma Püttmann verkauft.
Nach deren Pleite in 1954 übernahm 1956 die sauerländische Firma H.W. Muhr den Standort.
Danach verliert sich die Spur.
Neuesten Informationen nach (2022) soll hier ein Gewerbepark entstehen. Wir werden sehen!

The production of bricks has been anchored in the area surrounding this factory since the 13th century. The brickworks photographed here was founded in 1875 by Johannes Pastor and sold to the Püttmann company in 1946.
After their bankruptcy in 1954, the Sauerland company H.W. Muhr took over the site in 1956.
After that the trace is lost.
According to the latest information (2022), a business park is to be built here. We shall see!
